Dr. Garry A. Clark, D.O., A.C.O.F.P.

Dr. Clark is a board certified family physician specializing in occupational medicine providing medical services for personal, accidental, and work related injuries. He has been the Medical Director at Multicare Health Clinic since 2001. Prior to Multicare Health Clinic, he provided occupational medical services for Concentra Medical Centers in Texas and Keno Community Hospital in Tucson, Arizona. He was associated with Grandview Medical Clinic at the Sergeant Bluff Clinic and St. Luke's Regional Center from 1989 to 1999. He has been in medical practice for over 30 years since graduating from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Scott Sneller, D.C.

A Siouxland native, Dr. Sneller has been in practice locally for over thirteen years now. Before that, Palmer College of Chiropractic had honored him as the Most Outstanding Graduate of his Doctorate of Chiropractic program in Davenport, Iowa. Dr. Sneller had practiced at Sneller Chiropractic Health Center prior to acting as Clinic Director of Multicare Health Clinic. Recipient of the Community Involvement Award and past President of the Northwest District of Iowa, Dr. Sneller also serves as an active member of the Iowa Chiropractic Society, Christian Chiropractors Association,American Academy of Pain Management, and the International Chiropractic Association. Dr. Sneller continually strives to create the best combination of expertise with genuine results at restoring your health and guiding you in most personalized approach to overall wellness.

Dr. Sergio Rocafort, D.C.

Dr. Rocafort, a native of Puerto Rico, has come to Siouxland from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Prior to clinical practice, he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington MN and his Bachelor of natural Science degree from the University of Puerto Rico. Adding to his scope of practice, Dr. Rocafort completed the Clinical Acupuncture certification for Chiropractors at Northwestern Health Sciences University. Certified as a National Chiropractic Sport Physician, Chiropractic Biophysics, and the Graston Technique, Active Release Technique (Full Body and Nerve Entrapment), Reiki I & II, and he has a few Nutritional certification programs. He is a candidate for CCN Certified Clinical Nutrition. He is able to offer a comprehensive array of treatment options at Multicare Health Clinic. He currently serves as vice-chairman of a state Chiropractic Sport Physician’s Association. Dr. Rocafort has recently been honored with the 25 On the Rise Award from the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for the Twin Cities, MN. He has worked with athletes all around the USA in events like the Iron Man and National Track and Field Championships. He was selected among the few to working the Olympic training Center for a few weeks in preparation for future participation as a doctor for the Olympics. He also holds active memberships with the Iowa Chiropractic Society, International Chiropractic Association, and the American Chiropractic Society. His special clinical interests include pain management, acupuncture, sport injuries, myofascial work for repetitive injuries, extremity adjusting, nutrition, and spinal rehabilitation. As a bilingual physician, he looks forward to providing his expertise to a large population in Siouxland that may not have had the opportunity to experience the difference that chiropractic can achieve in an individual’s well being.

Dr. Joel Pistello, D.C.

Multicare Health Clinic welcomes it's newest addition to the team, Dr. Joel Pistello. Dr. Pistello, an Omaha native, has relocated to the Siouxland area with his family. Prior to practicing at MultiCare, he received his Doctorate from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Overland Park, KS. Dr. Pistello attended Graceland University in Lamoni, IA before attending Cleveland, where he received a Bachelor's of Biology with a minor in Theology. Adding to his formal training at Cleveland, Dr. Pistello also has experience with Cox Flexion-Distraction Technique, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation Techniques, and Motion-Palpation Institute adjusting techniques. His special interests include research, headache management and diagnosis; care before, during, and after pregnancy; newborn and child care, as well as soft tissue injury rehabilitation and extremity adjusting. Dr. Pistello is excited to be in a multidisciplinary setting where he can treat patients more effectively and comprehensively! He continually strives to create the best combination of treatments with the goal of restoring your health and helping you to achieve overall wellness.

Dr. Steven Kelsey, PT, DPT

Dr. Kelsey, a Siouxland native, joined MultiCare’s team in August of 2011 as the newest member of the physical therapy team. Prior to practicing at MultiCare, Dr. Kelsey earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of South Dakota(USD) in Vermillion, South Dakota. The USD faculty honored Dr. Kelsey with the Outstanding Clinical Student of the Year Award for his exceptional service provided to patients during his 5 clinical rotations. Dr. Kelsey is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Iowa Physical Therapy Association (IPTA). Prior to his role as a doctor of physical therapy, Dr. Kelsey served the greater Siouxland community as an insurance and investment professional for 25 years! He is excited to continue his service to the residents of Siouxland as a physical therapist.
