About The Doctors
Dr. Gary A. Clark, D.O., A.C.O.F.P.
Dr. Clark is a board certified family physician specializing in occupational medicine providing medical services for personal, accidental, and work related injuries. He has been the Medical Director at Multicare Physicians Group since 2001. Prior to Multicare Physicians Group, he provided occupational medical services for Concentra Medical Centers in Texas and Keno Community Hospital in Tucson, Arizona.
He was associated with Grandview Medical Clinic at the Sergeant Bluff Clinic and St. Luke's Regional Center from 1989 to 1999. He has been in medical practice for over 30 years since graduating from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Scott Sneller, D.C.
A Siouxland native, Dr. Sneller has been in practice locally for over ten years now. Before that, Palmer College of Chiropractic had honored him as the Most Outstanding Graduate of his Doctorate of Chiropractic program in Davenport, Iowa. Dr. Sneller had practiced at Sneller Chiropractic Health Center prior to acting as Clinic Director of Multicare Physicians Group. Recipient of the Community Involvement Award and past President of the Northwest District of Iowa, Dr. Sneller also serves as an active member of the Iowa Chiropractic Society, Christian Chiropractors Association,American Academy of Pain Management, and the International Chiropractic Association. Dr. Sneller continually strives to create the best combination of expertise with genuine results at restoring your health and guiding you in most personalized approach to overall wellness.
Dr. Sergio Rocafort, D.C.
Dr. Rocafort, a native of Puerto Rico, has come to Siouxland from Minneapolis Minnesota. Prior to clinical practice, he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN and his Bachelor of Natural Science degree from the University of Puerto Rico.Adding to his scope of practice, Dr. Rocafort completed the Clinical Acupuncture certification for Chiropractors at Northwestern Health Sciences University. Certified as a National Chiropractic Sport Physician, Chiropractic Biophysics, and the Graston Technique, he isable to offer a comprehensive array of treatment options at MulticarePhysicians Group. He currently serves as vice-chairman of a state Chiropractic Sport Physician's Association. Dr. Rocafort has recently been honored with the 25 On The Rise Award from the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for the Twin Cities, MN. He also holds active memberships with the Iowa Chiropractic Society, International Chiropractic Association and the American Chiropractic Society. His special clinical interests include pain management, acupuncture, sport injuries, myofascial workfor repetitive injuries, extremity adjusting, nutrition, and spinal rehabilitation. As a bilingual physician, he looks forward to providinghis expertise to a large population in Siouxland that may not have had the opportunity to experience the difference that chiropractic canachieve in an individuals well being.
Nancy Weber, P.T.
Nancy brings a broad range of physical therapy experience and knowledge in the area of neurology, orthopedics, sports medicine, pediatrics, and geriatrics in both the outpatient and inpatient setting. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as with theOrthopedic and Neurology sections.
Nancy has had extensive training and continuing education in the following areas:
